Dr. Kirk A. Campbell is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon and Associate Professor at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital, with advanced training in sports medicine. His firsthand experience with the demanding schedules and financial challenges of healthcare professionals inspired his journey into alternative investments.
Recognizing the decline of traditional practice-based income, Dr. Campbell applies his analytical skills to identify high-potential opportunities in multifamily real estate and oil & gas ventures. Through Mila Penn Capital, he helps physicians and other healthcare professionals diversify their portfolios, maximize tax advantages, and build generational wealth—using strategies modeled after leading family offices.
Dr. Campbell is passionate about empowering peers to achieve financial autonomy while continuing their vital work, and he leads Mila Penn Capital with integrity, transparency, and a focus on long-term prosperity.
Rosanmi Morel Campbell is the co-founder and managing partner of Mila Penn Capital, dedicated to helping professionals and families build passive income, long-term wealth, and time freedom through multifamily investing. A former Spanish teacher turned full-time investor, Rosanmi’s own journey to financial independence fuels her passion for guiding others. She specializes in sourcing value-add opportunities that deliver strong returns, tax efficiency, and minimal risk. Inspired by her daughters—Camila and Penelope—she leads Mila Penn Capital with a focus on legacy, freedom, and lasting impact for generations to come.

With over a decade of experience as a CRNA, she realized the need to build wealth beyond her 9-to-5 and now serves as COO of XSITE Capital and Co-Founder of Vita Nova Ketamine & Wellness Clinic. He combines clinical expertise with investment acumen to help healthcare and busy professionals build generational wealth through multifamily real estate. At XSITE, he drives seamless operations and mentors professionals on their investment journeys—having guided over 30 entrepreneurs and hundreds toward financial freedom.
As Chief Growth Officer, Head of Acquisition, and Co-Founder of XSITE Capital Investment LLC, he identifies high-potential multifamily opportunities that create long-term value for investors. A leader, entrepreneur, and mentor, he is passionate about helping professionals break free from financial limitations through real estate investing. His background also includes cybersecurity work with industry leaders like Boeing and Deloitte. Driven by the belief that financial freedom is achievable for all, he has helped countless professionals grow their wealth and transform their financial futures.
